Are you struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep?

Does the thought of going to sleep each night fill you with dread and anxiety?

If you aren’t experiencing enough sleep or find you are waking throughout the night, consciously managing your sleep might be an answer that changes everything.

Being mindful of nutrition, physical activities, sleep hygiene and managing the stressors you are currently experiencing can make a big difference to the quality and quantity of your sleep.

How will the sleep challenge help you?

Through weekly challenges, you will become aware of:

  • How your lifestyle, habits and routines impact on your sleep
  • The changes you can choose to make
  • What you can do to take back control

What are the sleep challenges?

Sleep management changes thoughts, attitude to sleep and behaviours and we have chosen the challenges carefully to help you manage your sleep. 

Each week you will receive an email with a link to download the challenge in PDF format.   

The individual challenges share relevant information so you know why it is important for your sleep cycle and we support you with recommendations and additional ideas. 

There’s also the chance for you to be creative and come up with your own ideas that suit your lifestyle.

Each challenge should have an impact on the quality of your sleep. It does take time to change thoughts, attitudes and behaviours to sleep but with your motivation to succeed you will change them into good habits.

Is there any support?

We would love for you to email us during/after each challenge with your questions and thoughts. We have plans for setting up a group where you would be able to interact with others experiencing similar problems.
